‘Report on Jobs’ is jointly sponsored by KPMG & the Recruitment and Employment Confederation who collect data each month from 400 selected UK recruitment and employment consultancies, of which Technology Resourcing is one (having been corporate REC members since 1995). The primary benefit we derive from sitting on this panel is the report we receive each month, not just for the REC sector groups that we are members of (Engineering & Technical, Technology and Construction), but across all other sectors also. Of course these reports are hugely valuable to us as they show early trends in areas such as Demand for Staff by Sector, Staff Availability and Pay Pressures, but we also recognise the potential benefit to some of our clients so are happy to make them all readily available as pdf downloads below:
